"Shower head unclean, tiles loose, poor water pressure. Little non cooked breakfast choices."

"Loved the charm of the palace. Everything was just lovely. The hiking trails and the grounds and the views were 10/10!!! Nestled in beautiful Pitlochry. Must hike and do pitch and putt!"

"We initially received an accessible room, but unfortunately the toilet flush was not working because the handle was broken. The duty manager was very helpful and offered us an alternative room in the building next to the hotel, which turned out to be lovely and very comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel is pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The only area that may need some additional attention is general maintenance."

"Room was super quiet for being at the train station. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was great and staff were wonderful. I would stay again."

"Nice location but the pool was not available. Check in staff not very helpful, the rest quite good. Room not very clean and missing bed linen."

"Excellent location, staff really helpful. Walking distance and free parking"

"Charming with quirks. For example, at dinner they ran out of meat pies. They pointed me to the grocery store across the street. I returned with 2. They heated them and served them on china plates. Perfect solution. Lots of parking and the staff made you feel welcome."
