"Great place to stay"

"المنتجع ممتاز جداً ، يحرصون على راحة النزيل ويسعون إلى خدمته بشتى السبل ، الموقع ممتاز جدا "

"The room is very dated. Bed sheets are old and somewhat stinky. Staff is not too attentive and lack of knowledge of the surroundings and I did not feel very welcoming. Breakfast is average and the place to eat breakfast also very dated. Average and do not expect too much from this facility."

"Highly recommend to stay"

"Got to the room and no towels and safe not working! Room and hotel looking bit tired!"

"スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで快適な滞在が過ごせました。朝食やアフタヌーンティーもとても美味しく每日の楽しみになりました。またペナンに来ることがあれば必ずこのホテルに泊まります。"

"We had a beautiful, big suite at the Gurney Bay Hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the housekeeping was fantastic. The doorman and staff were lovely. The hotel is certainly a bit older but it has great facilities and a luxe feeling. The location was great - very close to malls and attractions. The only downside was the room service but would definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile."

"Room was dusty on arrival day. They made up with 2 times housekeeping following night stay. Accommodated baby cot request for young toddler. Amenities are on budget packaging, lack of premium given the high five star nightly rate. Only basic Dilmah tea & coffee. Super big room with sofa chair, balcany with seaview & bathtub. Facilities on pool & child friendly top notch."

"The place was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. The only thing I wish could be improved is the breakfast buffet. It would be wonderful to have more authentic Malaysian food available at an affordable price, rather than mainly offering typical American-style breakfast options and meals. This would give guests a chance to enjoy local cuisine and experience mall of Malaysian’s rich food culture. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I hope this suggestion...
