"We had a really big room, but did not have a microwave or a fridge inside which we thought it was really weird. I think the thing that bothered us the most we had roaches as soon as you put on the lights, you saw three roaches in the bathroom one walking over the TV it’s a really nice big place. Fortunately, the roaches kind of creeped us out. Also, we were staying there for a couple days and it was weird not to have a fridge inside the room."

"Not as clean as it should have been. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room . I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it. No bottled water was provided as most places do. Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick. Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean."

"The beds were good, the bathroom had roaches in it"

"Booked a regular queen room for 4 people and we were upgraded to the queen deluxe when we got there. Room was very clean and staff was professional"

"The room was large for a family of 4. This was great for group travel. The location of the property was great, near the major highway and shopping district. Very convenient for food, entertainment and shopping. The room can use some cosmetic upgrades such as the sofa but overall it was clean and comfortable for a short stay."

"Very nice place. Will stay again! Love the convenience of beautiful park for our dog Piper. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff, very clean"

"We had the best weeks stay. Michelle, Nancy and Sherry were great!!! 5 stars!! They went above and beyond. We will ne back and also recommend to all."

"No curtain only blinds. Light shinning through. Pillows flat and bed hard. Not enough blankets ."

"We’ve stayed here multiple times. Quite convenient. Nicely done."

"Halls smelled really bad of dog. Laundry machines were not available. The hot tub was broken. The heated pool was not working. We mentioned the smell to the hotel staff 4-5 times, but they never did anything about it. They were renovating the downstairs and the main rooms. So it was a mess everywhere."

"I like it. I”m staying other night with my parents."

"No hot water for two and a half days."

"I would definitely recommend"
