"The only thing this place has going for it, is the location. Right across from Billy Creek Village. This was during the covered bridge festival. Rockville is maybe 2 miles down the road. The bathroom was filthy! The chair had big rips in it. The pillows were flat. It is a very old and run down place. Rust every where. Would never stay here again. The lady at the front desk was nice."

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Scary people are living in the hotel like actually living there. It’s their fault you don’t even get to talk to a person at the front desk. Very scary. Do not recommend."

"Lovely stay. Room was nice and pleasant. Hotel is trendy and well kept. Would definitely stay again."

"We booked the room via Expedia. When we arrived the parking lot WREAKED of smoke. Couldn't get up to the doors without choking from smoke. The outside walls has plaster missing up under the air conditioning units. We knew we couldn't breathe through the night and everything looked sketchy. So we drove away as we knew they couldn't refund us as we paid through Expedia. Hope there is a way to get refunded from Expedia."

"Very nice get-a-way. My second time here. I’ll be back next July."

"Everything was tidy. The Wifi wasn't working, She came over to troubleshoot. worked with support to no success; However, By the next morning the internet was back and then we commence watching FIFA and playing on the laptops we brought. I love the place. Loved the Hot Tub, the "indoor" Porch was amazing. I would like to go back in the winter sometime. I loved my stay and she was so kind to us. We had a great time. Some items were stocked in the house and that was nice. Thank you so much for the...

"Great space with noted attention to many extra details. Owner has gone above and beyond."

"Perfect little get away in the countryside!"

"Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Only regret was not being able to eat st the restaurant because we were only in town long enough to attend a wedding and reception. Would stay again"

"We loved the idea of an abandoned school being converted for multiple uses. Being educators it was fun staying in a school. Very close to beautiful hiking trails. Enjoyed our stay immensely!"

"Warning, some details not easily discernible from the online pictures & description are: 1) the mattress on the queen bed is a foam mattress that is notably soft - my husband sank 3 inches into it when laying down. 2) to go from the primary bedroom (queen bed) to the bathroom for a groggy nightime visit one must accomplish each and every level change in the house, going up 1 step, navigate carefully around the corner of a bunkbed, up another step, through the living room, up 2 steps, across the...

"Great location & thoughtful touches throughout the home. We were able to spend most of the time on the trails and come back to a peaceful home stocked with what we needed. The outdoor lounge space was well thought out and plenty of room for a family to relax. Overall, a wonderful home base for an adventure!"

"Cute apartment and only minutes from DePauw University and restaurants. "

"The outdoor furniture is a little worse for wear. The golf cart didn’t work and the gas grill only had one burner that worked. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning worked great!"

"The home was in a perfect location "
