"Gorgeous oasis in the jungle. Great facilities. Provided kettle tea bags, water in the room. Bit of a long wait in the bar for drinks and other people seemed to being served before us. Breakfast was fabulous but again the staff weren’t very engaging. Had to keep asking for things. The room was rather cramped, not enough space for opening two suitcases. All in all a great hotel, wonderful pool/spa but some staff might need a bit of a refresher in customer interaction"

"Great facility, helpful staff, and all-around great experience."

A infraestrutura é boa, minhas crianças adoraram a recreação."

"The kids amenities here are next level!"

"Overall, the stay was satisfactory, although there were a few aspects that affected the overall experience. The room was functional and adequately equipped, but showed some signs of wear. There were also a few areas where cleanliness and comfort could be improved. The service was generally straightforward. Overall, the stay only partially met my expectations."

"The air conditioning made an annoying noise that prevented a good night's sleep. There was a lot of noise in the hallway—guests running around and talking loudly well into the night. The staff—both at the front desk and at the poolside restaurant—were not friendly. We went for breakfast a little past 9:00, but many of the dishes were empty."

"Vaso do banheiro solto.

"Best hotel in Brazil. Great service, great food, awesome accommodations, beautiful ambience and remarkable attention to detail! In love with this place :)"

"A gorgeous rooftop bar at the hotel. Room was large and clean. Lots of good bars around the hotel. Easy uber ride to Brazil falls and Paraguay"
