"My experience was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, breakfast had a lot of options. I have already recommended people to stay at rui plaza"

"I have traveled extensively and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, pristine accommodations, twice-daily housekeeping, and high standard of customer care. I look forward to my next stay."

"Super"

"Decent good"

"The room was clean. The bed was too firm for me and the pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. There was no coffee available for guests after breakfast and when I asked they told me there was coffee in my room. I requested bottled water for the room to make the coffee and it never came. Overall we were happy with the hotel. The pool was fine although it had leaves in it from the trees. The gym area is nice but the water dispenser was completely empty when we were there....

"Property was clean and nice, breakfast was excellent."

"It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant for both supper and breakfast was very overpriced for food that was very average. Two of my family members had breakfast included in the price of the room but they had to take the 6am shuttle and that’s what time breakfast starts. It would have been nice to have some kind of coupon/voucher to use for supper rather than breakfast for those who have to check out early."

"clean room"

"Good hotel, can be better for the price"

"I love the location and the price. There is a lot of food options within walking distance. Street vendors and a great pizza restaurant. The check in was ok because I was on a 18 hour layover . A red flag for me was when I was checking in another guest complained about the room ac. When I got to my room I had the same issue. The room was not cooling. I checked in at 630pm and checked out by 3 am."
