"It was ok. Food was not good at all."

"Beautiful Location and Excellent Service, with Room for Improvement We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Playa Bonita. The staff and service were excellent, and everyone made us feel welcome. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that make it a great place to relax and unwind. The property is a bit older, and some areas could benefit from repairs and updates. One improvement I would love to see is smart TVs in the guest rooms. Being able to log into your own streaming services...

"The floor in our room could have been cleaner."

"Muy bueno todo."

"Excelente"

"The location is conveniently located to find restaurants, grocery stores etc. The staff was not friendly, infact borderline rude, no willingness to help. I called three times for washcloths"

"The entertainment factor for kids was good, the beach also nice and calm, but the staff seemed overworked and exhausted. They charged us for 3 pool towels when we didn’t even realize we had to return them at the end of the day, we left them by the pool. We did not take the towels, and so they charged us for something we did not even get. We assumed staff collected all the towels at the end of the day. Front desk and manager was not helpful at all, more rude than anything else. The food was below...

"All ok"

"Everything was perfect, they heard that I was celebrating my birthday, they left an amazing dessert in my room on my birthday."

"The best of this property is the customer services from the " Schedule Bus Driver ( they help me to advocate on my behalf with my rental car company) to the people that work in their restaurant.... so polite... so eager to help... it is AMAZING... the host (Odilia) help be to peel my boil egg... how does that... it is my favorite hotel to stay for years (15 years) whenever I leave Panama.."

"The air condition was extremely noisy in our room. I turned it off because of the noise then it became uncomfortably hot. Also, no matter how we fixed the shower curtain or liner, the water found its way on the floor. However, the property was cleaned and very close to the mall, a plus"

"The cleaning staff was excellent and cleaned everyday. The lights in the room were not working and the room was very dark. The ac unit was also not functional so the room was hot. I contacted front desk on this when I arrived, they promised to send a maintenance person. Day 1 no one came, complained again. Day 2 no one came, complained again. Day 3 after complaining again the maintenance person promptly came and sorted the lights. He was not able to fix the ac, said it was a fault on roof, and...

"Great views, great breakfast each morning, friendly staff, central location. The only downfall was climate control, the rooms were very humid causing our room to be musty. They did provide and humidifier which helped. Overall a wonderful experience for our first time in Panama."
