"We had reservations made at this hotel for 3 months. I even called midway thru to verify and the hotel verified reservations. On the evening traveling in I called to tell them we would be late arrival and was told we had no reservations because they had been cancelled. I asked her who cancelled them and she said the hotel did because they overbooked. So supposedly they called Expedia and cancelled our reservations that we had made 3 months ago. "Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site."

"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"The location near the lake and other attractions is great. The area has seen better days though. I realize the keeping old campers maintained is difficult and there are always issues. However, I think the upkeep could be a little better. "We have stayed here two times this year for our boys baseball tournaments at Rocker B and it has been fantastic both times. The home is very clean with plenty of space. Host is responsive and easy to work with. We used the fire pit this time for s'mores and the grill another day for hotdogs and both worked great. It has a beautiful view of the lake from the master bedroom up high. Shower pressure is great and there are plenty of cooking items to use. All the essential items you need are there...
