"fantastica struttura e posizione. l'albergo necessita una significativa rinfrescata in materiali e finiture"

"What an experience! We didn’t have expectations and we were pleasantly surprised! The animal viewing areas were amazing. The wolf encounter was well worth it! Dinner at the lodge was a cool surprise- seeing Bears and fox right at our window!"

"Lovely setting. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Great staff clean place great buffet breakfast. Loved it worth every dollars"

"room was great awesome view, staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anybody."

"I hadn't stayed in one in a very long time due to cost. Receptionist wasn't friendliest when I arrived early and said had to return in a hour. Different one when checked-in and was better. "Nous sommes toujours bien reçu. Les personnels est absolument magnifique. La chambre très confortable et nous avons très bien dormi. Merci pour tout.😊"

"Travelling to Ottawa! this property is highly recommended. Not as expensive as downtown Ottawa, yet maintains even better standards than hotels across the river. Located right across the Canadian History Museum, and in a short 30 minutes walk across the scenic Ottawa river, you're in Ottawa. Hotel staff is super polite and helpful, and they do not hesitate communicating in English."

"Wonderful ambience in room. The smell of eucalyptus from the room's aromatherapy diffuser set the stage for a relaxing stay. The beautiful fall scene displayed on the TV, with it's crackling fireplace and falling leaves by a lake was also a very nice touch. Enjoyable stay!"

"No parking on site. Not nice area around."
