"Terrible to find as there is no signage besides hotel. Can’t park if you have a truck. Charged us full price to park both days and literally had to park on grass over broken concrete. Had a fire and were evacuated. I couldn’t even open stairwell door because someone down below left it open so it was air locked. Got out finally then the firefighters told us to return to building. No staff said anything to us, no reassurance, explaination or anything. Had to park beside a concrete barrier that...

"Room was in good shape and furniture was adequate. Microwave, fridge and ac as advertised. Nice to have two chairs as well as a desk chair. Best white towels and fluffy. Pool was warm enough and had chairs on the deck which was nice. Having a washroom in the breakfast/lobby area would be helpful."

"Unfortunately for the high price point, the rooms in the unrenovated wing are really disappointing. Tiny bathrooms, dirty floor carpets in the entire room, dingy lighting, musty odour. We booked two rooms through Expedia and both rooms were identically poor. Overall not a great experience for the price. "Would def not recommend, hallways stink, people doing construction work with power tools early in the morning while we’re trying to sleep! Zero sound proof, rooms are dirty the couche had lots of dirty stains, some wall plugs weren’t working and the staff was extremely rude and altitude! Somebody should teach them hospitality!!"
