"Great location, short walk to Dotonbori and access to several subway lines (nearest is JR Namba station). There is also Nipponbashi and Shinsekai slightly further away. The hotel has a 7-11, a public bath and numerous washing machines on the 4th floor (the wash+dry ones are in the public bath area) washing machine status are trackable using the in room TV. The staff are really helpful and are able to communicate in english. There is also a separate luggage hold and transfer service on the 2nd...

"Muy bien ubicado, habita"

"The hotel is located very close to Osaka station, when you know, how to find it. It is above a massive shopping center with a check-in reception located on the 9th floor. The hotel is very modern, uses lots of modern technology (self-check in and self check-out kiosks, QR code for stored suitcases, a robot zooming around the restaurant collecting plates, etc.). There is a massive food court on the 8th floor, just below the hotel, which is very handy after long days of walking around. The...

"10 min walk from Hakata station, no need to ride a cab or bus."

"Beautiful hotel super clean and close to lots of restaurants and shopping streets in Osaka! Would definitely stay here again next time"

"This was a nice hotel in a good location of Osaka - walking distance to the train station at the Semba Centre building. We had booked a corner room with a balcony, but it was a strange layout and there was nowhere to put our luggage so it probably would have been better to have a regular room. We ended up having to use the small couch to put our luggage on - and stack it on top of each other, so not ideal! The beds were very comfortable but due to the size and layout of the room, it was...

"The hotel was great for the value. Super close to the train station. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was very comfortable and convenient. They give you slippers and pijamas and there's free coffee and drinks available throughout. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, room was super clean. Spotless. Shower pressure was excelent. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. It is not super close to Dontobori and other Osaka attractions, but if you don't mind taking the subway,...

"The Hotel was AMAZING. Location near Universal Studios Japan and only a 10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful, courteous, polite and friendly."

"Amazing hotel. Room is great. Definitely got spoiled."

"Great location and proximity to station. Liked communal bath. Bar only open from 5-7pm with poor drink selection. No coffee or tea in room."

"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to other travellers."

"The hotel is in a great location... easy access to trains and close to tons of attractions. The hotel is extremely clean and hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to Osaka I would definitely stay there again."

"The taxi stand and train station is quite a walk away. We got one of the bigger rooms with bunk beds which was clean and nice for our bigger family. During the ending of our trip there was an incoming typhoon so we decided to cut our trip short. The hotel was not accommodating at all."
