"The property was much larger than expected and included a lake. Our cabin was tucked in the woods off of a one lane paved road, with good parking spaces. We had a few mosquitoes in our cabin, and also a spider that stayed in its upper corner of the bathroom. The beds and pillows in our two bedroom cabin were very comfortable. Most of the channels on the TV were a little out of focus and we were unable to mirror our phones on the TV, even through we had property internet connected. The breakfast...

"Nice staff as always. There was a large group staying that made it difficult to get in and"

"When I made the reservation, the reservation agent assured me that it was pet friendly and gave me the total cost of the stay. When I got there, the hotel staff assured me it was pet friendly but said it was an extra $50 per night over and above the original quote. The hotel staff was friendly enough, but of absolutely no help regarding the miscommunication."

"Clean hotel, clean rooms, safe, good location n friendly staff"

"Very nice"

"Clean, great breakfast, friendly and respectful staff"

"The best part of this motel are the nice, friendly people that run the place. However, the two rooms that we booked (upper floor) were run down, needing a lot of maintenance. One of the bathrooms had smoke smell."

"Everything was is god condition and the people at the front desk were very help[full, knowledgeable"

"The Staff at this property was exceptional! Gloria checked us in and helped out with explaining where things were located in the Hotel, and laundry facilities. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Also, Denise and Keisha were outstanding Hosts as well! Breakfast was good except the Milk tasted funny. The room was very nice, comfortable beds! The shower didn't have any pressure. Maybe fix that. Over all I'd give this Hampton Inn a FIVE STAR RATING FOR STAFF, AND VALUE!"

"It was a nice hotel and the pool was nice, the room was clean but for the money I didn't think it was worth it. Usually a hotel room has a booklet showing tv channels, where stuff is in the hotel and area restaurants, etc. Also, Tracy at the front desk when we checked in was rude and gave us false information. The breakfast bar was ok but I wasn't really impressed with their food selection but that's probably just me."

"Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant."

"Pretty good"

"My first concern was walking back to my room as all of the smoke/fire detectors were literally hanging by their wires below the ceiling tiles in the hallway. My room reaked of some sort of Aerosol spray I presumed to mask other odors. Upon opening the window for fresh air I found it to be full of dead bugs and live flies. The window screen had was pushed out exposing the room to insects. I observed two dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bed. It appeared someone had wiped their snot on the...
