"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room had mold in the shower, dusty floors, and the vent was full of lint and debris. The hallway carpets were also noticeably dirty and looked like they needed a deep cleaning. The waterpark was the highlight - the kids had a great time! However, they seemed short-staffed, so not all of the attractions were open during our stay. Hubby and son got stuck on the raft slide luckily my 4yr old was willing to try it out...

"It’s a smaller water park. The noise from the room above us was unbearable. We reported this issue several times and I’m not sure if they ever contacted the guest above us about the noise. Lazy river was also closed during our stay ( Sat & Sun) it’s a smaller park so when something is closed it makes a difference."

"Beautiful location"

"Close to main street"

"Nice staff."

"This hotel is a real gem. From the hotel manager who will cook the pancakes and the make sure to visit with guests to the valet staff who are top notch. Cleaning crew is helpful too. Its like a family or ecosystem that works. Personable stay as it was our anniversary weekend and it didn't fall on deaf ears. Will be back again for a third visit."
