"Ohanas was delightful. The rooms were clean and modern, the bathroom was amazing with really hot water. Staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. They Knew our names the first day. It was Relaxing, and staff were so helpful. The food was of a great quality, although cocktails and food was very expensive for nusa lembogian, however there are plenty of food options walking distance that is a third of the price. Only negative is trying to order room service, seems it had to go through what’s app and took 30 mins to get a menu so gave up. But really that is being really really picky (bordering on being a Karen hahah) everything else was amazing Thanks ohanas for a spectacular stay were we felt super welcome."

"The room was beautiful and clean. The resort was a dream with awesome sunset views and plenty of beach and dining seating. The resort felt safe and secure and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We moved here from another resort that had a loud music festival going on (not the kind of vacation we were wanting) and we are so glad we did."

"A great location right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and excursions. Cute beachy feel to the rooms and aesthetic of the property. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mattresses were a little firm for my husband and I but our teenage and adult kids had no problem with them. Pool was great if you wanted a break from the ocean and the coral washing on shore."

"The staff were nice Property was beautiful but a little worn out. The check in process could be better When you first get in, there is a big negative shock, you go to a small hot room to wait for the golf cart to take you down. At that point the your view is really bad and you see some very old ugly sun beds that makes you question your decision but as soon as you as you get on the golf cart and see the rest of the property you really fall in love. I think they should really work on the first impression of the property"
Sea La Vie Resort Nusa Penida

"Bottom line is we enjoyed this hotel very muc! The room (A03) was cottage style and had a very old fashioned feel. The view from our room was a view of the harbour and Mount Angung. We could see the mountain top with the clouds below it and it was amazing. The shower handle was broken and the button to change from overhead shower to hand held was sticky. Aside from that the room was great! The pool was a 18 inches deep at the shallow end and about 1.2 meters at the deep end. There was plenty of sun for most of the beach chairs and seats in the pool for the poolside bar. The restaurant was joined and directly behind the pool chairs giving us the ability to transition from meal to relaxation at our leisure. The sunset can be seen from the edge of the pool but it is not a direct view. There is a dock at the hotel so if you plan to snorkel (which is why you go to Nusa Penida) then just let the snorkeling company know and they will pick you up and drop you off there. If you are a stay at the hotel resort type then this is a great place for you. If you want to go and the rest of the island it may be inconvenient. You can walk from the beach and town up to the resort but it is a kilometer walk and rough terrain. The drive is not a straight route and is difficult terrain but taxis go there for between IDR 150-250k. Lastly, there are a lot of stairs (a lot) This is not for walking disabled or those with health issues. Loud speaker was constantly blaring prayer music."

"Difficult to describe. After first night we were rating this one or two stars - our arrival experience was awful and the restaurant staff made us feel very unwelcome. We were so tense the waves crashing beneath us on the cliffs kept us awake rather than relaxing us. We planned to Just say away from hotel for as much of the time as possible. The next day was much better and with the staff on duty going the extra mile and we relaxed and enjoyed the facilities after all and slept well. It is a beautiful hotel such a shame our stay was made uncomfortable by difficult staff"
