"Great location, only a short walk to the waterfront. Has restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms were clean."

"Staff were very helpful."

"Very clean room, but we stayed in the older section that is slated for renovation. Easy check in, and stay. The restaurant had great food and was open late. They know their business and cater to those arriving late into, or leaving early from, Halifax airport. The shuttle takes 5-7 minutes which makes planning easy. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast."

"Really great hotel. Newly updated, spacious, clean rooms and good amenities. Parking situation is a bit odd, but it is on-site."

"First of all a shout out to Angela at the bar, the most excellent server ever! This hotel is highly recommended. A lot of fun great food would stay again!"

"The only fault I found is that the elevators were a bit slow sometimes"

"Tout est parfait, je recommande vivement"

"Clean room and walkable to waterfront."

"Beautiful, old character hotel with modern amenities."

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the outside but the staff were friendly. There was enough parking & the breakfast was good as well as the room. A little out dated but clean"

"Great service and friendly staff. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast was great with a large area for seating."

"Exceptional - everything great!"

"Best breakfast ever! So much variety and those Cinnamon rolls! I would stay just for those! Great location for a landing spot for many day trips to Lunenburg, Mahonies Bay and Peggy’s Cove. Great value!"

"This was a great place to stay away from the bustle of downtown, and the lake setting was peaceful and beautiful. Parking was a bit of an issue, particularly on the Saturday night, but hotel staff were available to help."

"Good place with great amenities. The beach access was great."
