"Because the hotel was fully booked with conventions, it was not available to us for early check-in, although we were offered that for a fee. We got to the hotel about 7:30 AM and had to hang around because of the weather inside until 3:00 PM when we could finally get our room. The hotel was lovely,, and the staff exceptional."

"Great location- an easy walk from the airport bus or local bus from the airport, 5 min walk to centre of town, clean well set out room, perfect for a solo traveller. The staff were great, especially on my arrival when I was unwell - they assisted me to my room and made sure I was ok."

"Excellent location, friendly staff, classy place."

"I had a wonderful stay in Sommarøy! The peaceful setting, stunning hill views, and soothing ocean sounds made it truly special. Watching the Northern Lights right from the hotel was magical. The staff were lovely and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception, and the shuttle service to and from Tromsø was excellent. I left with beautiful memories and would love to return!"

The spa police will get into the steam room and sauna and make you get naked if you are wearing the swimsuit. The...
