"I booked a good rate with Expedia but found that this hotel seems to have two classes of room - one in an old and degraded building and one in a large new section. I was in the former. Room was fine with all required amenities but still a little shabby. I used the laundry room and that wasn’t very clean and driers barely working. But this hotel is in a great location and is secure, so on the whole 4/5."

"Noisy at night - no attempt to ask guests to lower noise after midnight. Bathroom quite tight and shower taps labelled wrongly. Otherwise comfortable and convenient "

"Buffet breakfast had a nice range. A selection of fruits was provided fro self juicing."

"Our room is a bit further away from the main lobby, although there is a walkway to the room, but some are covered and some are not, so it is not ideal and inconvenient when rained. We had be warned of inserts and bugs in Uluru. However we did not expect we get cockroach, bugs and centipede in our room! Overall the Uluru trip was excellent , especially the Sunset Journey experience , Uluru-Kata Tjuta national park tour and the field of light. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the township and other resorts. We will definitely visit Uluru again but it will be in Winter season. "

"Staff in restaurant were great and the food in the evening was very good, we returned Staff on reception varied, one was not helpful when we queried the restaurant closing time vs kitchen closing for orders which we had not been told about A notice is now available, but she seemed to think that telling us that is a world wide approach and we were uninformed was a good way of handling the situation Room was very good. A plate with left over food was seen in the general hallway, after it being still there the following day advised reception was eventually moved some time later Location of hotel- does not have many food options close by."
