Pros - early check in, rooms are really clean, breakfast is good, car park secure, decent gym. Cons - I booked a room with self catering facilities but due to overbooking I was given a room with no self catering facilities. As a good will gesture, I was given 25% off dining. When I went to get dinner at 8pm, they told me the restaurant manager was sick and they could not serve me. Be prepared to not get the room you paid for. The difference in price has also not been refunded.

The room was not serviced during my two day stay the Saltbush restaurant staff were very disinterested. The Hanuman restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and excellent. The property is tired and there is no emphasis on hospitality.

The property as a whole is excellent. Good location and wonderful food and beverages on site. Bed was comfy and clean. Rooms need a little update, especially the bathroom. Chipped tiles and grout is disgusting. The only good thing going for the shower is the hot water. For the price the bathroom needs improvement.
