"Well located and the restaurant was really nice and breakfast lovely. Our king suite was located in the loft and was uncomfortably warm. We mentioed to the staff and they brought up an extra air conditioner. This didn’t help much and was far too noisy to sleep with it, so we didn’t sleep well. It definitely needs it’s own dedicated aircon system. The pool changing area was very tired and in need of some attention."

"We booked late and knew the reviews weren’t great, but the stay was far worse than expected. Check in involved long queues, and when we finally got to our rooms, the rooms were doubles but should have been twins. Housekeeping couldn’t be reached and left a message as instructed, and when we returned later that evening, nothing had been changed. One room also had a strong drain smell. We were above the pub entrance area on the 2nd floor so noisy around 7am. "This is a basic hotel which was not worth what we paid . There was an unpleasant smell everywhere from the entrance to my room of stale food , bad air freshener and strong cleaning fluid . The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful unlike everyone else in the rest of the city. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves and not interested in guests"
