"Huge place but good with the Cathedral from the Balcony it was awesome"

"Een heel mooi familie hotel in een prachtige omgeving. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen zeker een keer terug!"

"Great"

"Bien ubicado"

"Stayed there for couple of days for the backstreet boys concert. This is a really nice hotel which is located centrally."

"Perfekte Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück."

"Alles perfekt! Bequeme Betten, gute Anbindung, super Personal und tolles Frühstück. Jederzeit wieder!"

"Great location with an easy walk from the Hbf and the Dom, but still around the corner as to not feel loud or crowded. Room was very nice with typical size and features. Staff was pleasant, and I didn’t try out the gym or restaurant. Only had breakfast there one of the days, and it was rather pricey but good. Overall recommend for a trip to Köln with easy walk to the highlights."

The hotel is clean, the reception staff is good, the check-in and check-out procedures are fast, the breakfast is good and the items are limited. The location of the hotel is close to the center, steps away. There is a health club accessible from the hotel"
