"The room was spacious and clean, the staff were helpful and the facilities generally good. However, we hardly got any sleep because of noise. We could hear the people in the next room and one was snoring. A delivery lorry made the room shake at one point at around 4. Between 5 and 6am someone got up and clattered around very noisily. A bit later what were believed to be the cleaners made another noisy start and were outside our room having a loud conversation. So no sleep. Also, we had a meal,...

"Great, central location, nice walk into main part of town. Room was comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful, moving cars around to make sure parking was sorted. Also allowing us to use a different room for a shower in the morning, as I broke the pull cord on the shower in our original room!"

"This hotel turned out to be quite deceiving. From the outside it looked grand when you walk up to it, but in reality it was tired with a 70s/80s building on the side which is where we stayed. Branded as a spa hotel, the spa side was tiny, old and very dated. The pool was very small, the jacuzzi wasnt working and empty. Check in was great with a very helpful member of staff, full of information about the hotel and different dining styles. We had a great night in a comfortable room, well appointed.
