"1 - This hotel is not worth the money. 2 - The rooms are exceptionally hot and the air con does not go to down far enough to deal with this. I had 4 exceptionally uncomfortable nights in this hotel. 3 - The breakfast is a shambles. Far too busy and and not enough seating. having to ask for a cappuccino and for fried eggs to be made is disappointing at a major hotel like this. The items are all laid out in a disorganised way with people getting in everyone's way. 4 - Bar closed around midnight...

"Great location and friendly staff"

"Perfecte locatie! Ruim apartement, prima voor een dagje. Communicatie was ook heel vlot. Er was ook self check in wat heel erg hielp en makkelijk was."

"Very cute property. Was very clean and had a beautiful view. There’s no elevator and the parking is a bit far, but if you arrive by taxi and don’t mind some steps it’s a great option!"

"Op geen enkel moment personeel gezien. De receptie was op geen enkel moment bezet."

"The hotel had a problem with it’s banking arrangement. Upon arrival, the hotel declined my Chase Visa card. Chase confirmed my card was good and it was accepted for payment at restaurants throughout my three-day stay in Macedonia. At checkout the hotel had not resolved its banking problem and card was again declined. No apology or even acknowledgement of the problem from management. I was traveling with a friend and his Chase Visa card was also declined, despite confirmation from Chase his...

"No era lo que esperaba. Cuarto pequeño. El parque cerrado. Mal ubicado. Edificio viejo. Sin amenidades. Comida simple."

"Schone kamer, ontbijt is karig. Personeel mag behulpzamer zijn. We misten de betrokkenheid bij het in en uitchecken, vonden het niet eens nodig om te vragen of we tevreden waren of niet."

"Loved my stay here. Staff was amazing, and great location"

"The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. The room was less than what we expected. Needs freshened up. Lots of staining on walls, air conditioning not working properly and the washroom was small. We left a day early and did not stay out second night that was already prepaid. When we checked out we explained why we were leaving early(without requesting any refunds) I let the lady at the desk know that we drank 2 bottles of water from the mini bar. She expressed her sympathy for our discontent...

"Stayed at Astera for three days and it was absolutely perfect. Super clean new-looking spacious rooms. Tons of towels and amenities and I had a gorgeous balcony. All that for 60 euro a night is crazy. My flight back from Skopje got cancelled so they also generously offered me two more night last second with the same rate so they saved my life there! I tried the breakfast once too a lot of variety and fruits and eggs. Highly recommend!!"

"Spa ist kostenpflichtig."

"Beautiful view of the lake, clean room and very helpful staff."

"I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again."

"Excelente, pero no tiene cocina"

"Sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum. Alles Top, immer gerne wieder."
