"Pool and hot tub wasnt functional. And when I went to the front the front clerk were no where to be found."

"Great Best Western, this location is by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed in!"

"Very nice and clean. Parking was convenient"

"I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Bismarck and never have encountered the treatment of myself and my children from anyone in the hotel industry and we travel everywhere! I understand there are hotel policies especially when it comes to the Pool area with the slides, etc. but the way the Manager talked to us and treated us was horrible as if we were supposed to automatically know the hotel polices and accept the way we were talked down on and demeaned. I never had any encounters...

"Pool closed chlorine/ph not safe. Hallway, room, shower bed very outdated(bed felt like bugswere in it). TV had wrong room and tenant. Only hot breakfast on weekends. Room key stopped working after 1 day. Housekeeping was very helpful."

"Clean, well maintained with friendly efficient staff, Bedding and towels all seemed quite new. I particularly liked the half moon hot tub with a bay windowed view and being on 4th floor was quiet for rest. Would be nice to have a bathroom nightlight. Easy interstate or 45th street business/ restaurant access."

"good quality stay"

"Very helpful night staff who upgraded our room, recommended a good restaurant and mopped the stickiness off our floor. Breakfast was better on Sunday than Saturday but above average"
