"チェックインに時間がかかった。 混み具合で窓口を増やせないのでしょうか？"

"Clean rooms. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Niagara falls. Ihop inside the hotel is a must visit restaurant with incredible view of both Falls. They have great staffs. Scott was very helpful in helping us store our luggage."

"Rooms smell moisture, hot tub was not working, got my room switched 4 times there was always an issue, did not compensate in any way"

"Location"

"Rooms are clean happy to see that the floors are not carpeted. The cover on the chair at the desk was all worn off and ripped. Room could use an upgrade. We had a room across from housekeepings supplies and every morning the housekeepers were outside our room speaking loudly with no respect for the guests who were sleeping."

"I like how convenient it is for a reasonable price. Only a short distance to Fallsview casino or the major attractions like the Clifton Hill, you get to enjoy a stay with complimentary bfeakfast, a warm comfty bed with television and a fridge. It was a short stay."
