"We really enjoyed our stay at the JAG, it was a nice retreat in the city with access to the restaurants and the pool/spa it felt like our own little resort. We had a great dinner and brunch at Exile, which I would happily recommend to anyone staying at the JAG or just for a meal. A few things to note: I would suggest bringing your own body care products. Our room was out of body wash and we just had the one small bar of soap to use for both our hands and the shower. There was also no body...

"I cant see why this hotel has such a good rating. we stayed in 2 different rooms over 3 nights and first room had a funky smell to it with mould in the shower as well as on the bottom of the shower curtain. The second room also smelled bad and my wife found 2 bugs in the shower stall. The breakfast was good."

"September 12, 2026. 4 nights. The room (2 queens) had plenty of space. The heater worked great when needed. Really great to have a microwave and refrigerator. Not carpeted. Bathroom a bit cramped and the bathroom lighting could have been better but neither are really complaints. Very nice staff. Only reconned the restaurant/bar, didn’t partake. It looked busy/popular. Had doubts about being so far from downtown but I had a car and getting around was easy. Not much within pleasant...

The fridge/freezer and microwave came in quite handy since we were staying for a week. The dishwasher was a huge plus because none of us wanted to do dishes."
