"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy checking in and out. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was not included in my reservation. Clean with a lot of space in the room (352), very comfortable cosy bed with nice complementary coffee machine with complementary coffee pods and cups. However, some dirt spots could be seen at the carpet. Also the towels were not the best, some hair and black marks were observed on the white towels."

"My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in St. John’s. The location on Cavendish Sq is ideal and is within walking distance of many historic sites and trails. We were welcomed very warmly at the front desk by Saad and found other staff very pleasant and helpful. Though the rooms were a bit outdated and there was no vent in the bathroom, the beds were very fresh and comfortable. We hiked many trails in St. John’s and area and we slept well at night!"
