"It was fabulous"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"if ur traveling solo it’s a good place to stay"

"Excellent Location. In my view unbeatable with the amount of transit options in all directions. No lack of restaurants, cafes and attractions......the hotel is basic, the rooms are functional, Cant complain about anything, but also cannot say WOW!...I would stay again."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Our first night, we discovered two of our comforters were stained with what I’m hoping is not blood but some sort of dried red stains. The other comforter had brown stains but not as bad as the other bed and the red stains. Water pressure was super low it was hard to shower. We tried to contact house keeping and front desk but telephone wasn’t working. Another telephone was on the desk but only had the receiver and not the telephone. We had to go down to let front desk know and was told that...

"Great location!"

"Great staff"

"Staff was friendly, the bag check service was appreciative and helpful. The lobby is a vibe and the location is great. No wash cloths, very few outlets (only on one side of the bed) no cups for water/to brush your teeth. No ice machine or bucket. No fridge. The elevators were a hassle. The key readers weren’t working properly."
