"There was a smell at the ground entrance. The elevators are slow and small. The bathroom in our room had a broken lock. The staff members were friendly and accommodating."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"good stay and extremely nice staff. one thing i’d change was i wish there was an only female bathroom. i thought the reviews said there was, but every bathroom we went to use there was men using them. i found it odd considering there are two bathrooms on every floor. just something to take into consideration for solo female travelers / younger females traveling together. it was a bit weird to shower with an old man walking around barefoot outside the door."

"Our room was accessed at the end of a door through a common door and was very loud when closed, as well the air handling system can on every 8 minutes for about 4 minutes all night, and was very loud interrupting sleep. That was extremely disappointing."

"It is a good place to stay, it is really central to any location"

"The location is convenient to Times Square. There's entertainment in the lobby which is new since I stayed there last."

"So clean! Friendly staff. Room was adorable. Rooftop bar view amazing!"

"10/10"

"Well maintained older hotel right next to times square. Our room was very spacious and quiet."

"Nothing"

"Great location. Some noise but that is expected in Times Square."
