"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Shared bathroom facilities, never said that. Los banos compartidos"

"I miss a flight because the plane needed to fix a broken part. My flight was delayed three times. I was supposed to get to New York at 10 AM for the Caribbean Day parade and I called to cancel since I was going to arrive at 3:30 and the event was gonna end at 5:30. They refuse to give me a refund so they took $150 from when it was not my fault."

"Nice hotel"
