"I like the overall setup. I like the room size, this was my husband and I second time staying here. I like the location and proximity to almost everything. I did not like that my reservation was cancelled and when I got to the hotel I had to resubmit my reservation. It took about 45 mins and I was not offered an upgrade or any compensation, however, people being checked in at the same time as me were automatically being offered upgrades at no additional cost. I do not like I was not informed...

"It was okay"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"部屋は他の口コミ通り、狭小でしたが、困った事はなく、何処にいくにも便利な立地でした。 朝、コーヒーのサービスがあるのですが、終日使える電子レンジやお湯沸かしがあれば、良かったと思います。"

"For a 3 star hotel, you get what you paid for. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. All I wanted was a clean room with a comfy bed to sleep in. This hotel did well with that. My only complaints are my room didn’t have any hand soap for the bathroom in the beginning. Still would give a decent recommendation if you need a hotel that isn’t too pricey."

"simple, clean, well located,"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and the first room we were in the shower water was barely coming out. Someone had to come and fix it. The small safe in the room wasn’t even screwed on to the drawer. I am small and I was able to pick it up with one hand. I don’t understand the purpose of it then if someone can just pick it up and walk away with it. The main phone wasn’t working in the room as well. After the first night we had to be moved because there was a horrendous rotten fish smell coming from...

"Elevators stink if you are in higher floors, jane to wait fishnet especially in the morning for breakfast. But, hotel holds luggage, so yay! Right in Times Square."

"Perfect location for staying in Times Square! It is near pretty much anything you could possibly need. The staff was great! I would stay here again !"

"Estoy en espera del pago de la garantía"

"Great location! Only about 15 min walk to Times Square and very close to MSG! Good location if you’re driving in/out of the city. If parking at the emerald green garage nearby you get a hotel discount on parking which was helpful. Parking is a covered garage a short walk away. Staff at hotel pleasant and helpful. Rooms were small. Got a one bedroom king with not much extra space around once you have luggage in the room but is big enough for what you need. Bathroom was a good size. Overall a good...
