"Es hat uns alles gefallen. Vom Check-In, dem freundlichen Personal und den sauberen Zimmern. Ok, die Aufzüge waren wirklich teilweise etwas ausgelastet, dafür entschädigt die zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Delis und Cafés dafür. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Tired looking room. Clean but needs renovations."

"The staff was very helpful and the kitchen was stocked adequately."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Our first night, we discovered two of our comforters were stained with what I’m hoping is not blood but some sort of dried red stains. The other comforter had brown stains but not as bad as the other bed and the red stains. Water pressure was super low it was hard to shower. We tried to contact house keeping and front desk but telephone wasn’t working. Another telephone was on the desk but only had the receiver and not the telephone. We had to go down to let front desk know and was told that...

"I found the hotel comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and the staff was helpful."

"the location was perfect and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. Quiet hotel and very fast elevators up to our floor."

"The property location is ideal for the theater district and walking distance from Penn Station . Our room was small yet ideal for a one night stay. I would recommend the Paramount for a moderately priced midtown accommodation."

"Polite & professional staff. We were happy they could hold our luggage for us as we arrived earlier than check-in time. We were always greeted when coming back or leaving the hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and nice. Would definitely stay at this location again!"
