"Free walking tour around Central Park was good,"

"Great location & staff was great. Only complaint is long wait for elevators, especially if bus loads of people arrive. May I suggest to get a room on lower floors so you can take stairs as option. Wish I knew this before I was stuck up on the 39th floor. Lol!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"El lobby y áreas comunes del hotel estaban sucias y descuidadas. El aire acondicionado del cuarto muy ruidoso. Guardaron nuestras maletas antes del check in en un cuarto lleno de escombros y polvo."

"good stay and extremely nice staff. one thing i’d change was i wish there was an only female bathroom. i thought the reviews said there was, but every bathroom we went to use there was men using them. i found it odd considering there are two bathrooms on every floor. just something to take into consideration for solo female travelers / younger females traveling together. it was a bit weird to shower with an old man walking around barefoot outside the door."

"Hotel económico en Manhattan."

"So clean! Friendly staff. Room was adorable. Rooftop bar view amazing!"

We called to get it replaced, and they sent a man from maintenance who said that he was able to fix the fridge, but it never did work. After multiple requests over our 2-night stay, they also never replaced it as they said they were going to do. They didn’t even bring us ice as they promised they would, when we proposed that temporary measure. The bathroom shower had foil wrappers...

"My brother and I did a sibling trip and stayed here for 6 nights. Overall we enjoyed the stay very very much! The hotel has a very old timey classy vibe which I loved. The front & cleaning staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming through our stay. The hotel itself is in a great location! Close enough to be “in” Times Square but not so close that you’re in the chaos that is Times Square. The room & bathroom were very spacious and the windows were big enough to let in the crisp breeze if the...
