"when we checked into our room we did not get the ocean view we paid for. our room was dirty and had mold all over in the bathrooms. carpet smelled and the room smelled like mold, the staff was very rude they did not want to change our room. they lied by telling us to come back the next day and they will change our room when we went the next day they sailed they have nothing available. all staff will not budge unless you slip them cash. terrible service and the main pool at the cove is now adults...

"Buffet breakfast was amazing!! Room was clean! Staff were very helpful with anything I asked for. They were friendly, eager, very helpful. The beach is right across the street, along with many places around to eat. The best burritos around are at Cactus 222, located just around the corner from the hotel, and it's next to a market. Shoping is all around within walking distance. A must to visit is the Straw Market with many other shopping choices all around and all within walking distance....
