"Service was great, caring and considerate."

"We really had a wonderful stay and will stay the next time in Santa Fe. The only thing that was wrong was the bottom of tub was slippery and the grout around tub could have been cleaner. This is an easy remedy for this great hotel."

"For what it cost I expected much better."

"Very cool hotel! My main complaint would be the “breakfast” I think should be advertised more as snack bar."

"Really nice! The room was a basic king room but it was a decent size and just what I needed! The pools are great but do get a bit crowded in the daytime. The staff was generally friendly and helpful but lacked follow-through on a question I needed answered. The restaurant onsite is really good but a bit pricey. "This place could use some upgrades"

"Our room was very dated and the bathroom old and the toilet broke down"

"The hotel was ok but not at the top of my list to come back to. Its older and very dark the rooms are so dark and need some bright light bulbs. The counter person had to give me a lighted mirror so I could use it in the bathroom. The pool looked nice but they did not have the fireplace going outside for those that were sitting out on the chilly nights we were there."

"Clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice."

"Excellent location, very helpful and accommodating staff. Responsive to every need and request."

"The pool and hot tub were my favorites along with pretty lobby excellent location and kind staff"

"The hotel was beautiful. All of the greenery and flowers were amazing. The lobby was welcoming, and the coffee and tea were appreciated. We were able to book a walking tour with the help of the front desk, which was a really great tour and they provided his help in finding our dinner at the shed, which was amazing. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay would definitely like to come back."

"I think that they need to get some new furnitures in the room. There is no closet or bench in the room. We had no place to put our clothes anywhere. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good! They are also providing the free bottled water for the guests , which was very nice!"
