"Very adequate stay for the balloon festival at a very reasonable price(comparatively)—convenient location for getting to Balloon Park or Old Town! Nice room, comfy bed, great shower. Would stay again for price and location. Connected with walkway to Crown Plaza which has a restaurant/bar, nice patio and lobby."

"A bit run down inside with balcony off our room having just 1 chair and broken lights. Staff not very attentive especially in the bar areas."

"So run down and dirty. Super disappointed 🙁 Our server, Jessica, at the Tiwa restaurant was rude. The food was terrible and we were given bottles of orange juice I guess just to chug. She was so annoyed when we asked for glasses! All the windows were dirty, furniture in the rooms was chipped and beat up. Blonde woman in the gift shop was ridiculously unhelpful. Just not good at all."

"Staff were so nice and helpful. They provided everything we needed."

"Left computer in room. Staff was uncaring and obviously housekeeping kept it. Won’t stay again. The shuttle to the plaza was great."

"Really nice! The room was a basic king room but it was a decent size and just what I needed! The pools are great but do get a bit crowded in the daytime. The staff was generally friendly and helpful but lacked follow-through on a question I needed answered. The restaurant onsite is really good but a bit pricey. My only real concern is the lighting to the hotels. It can get rather dark along the paths at night and hard to see. I found myself using my phone flashlight which should not be...

"Beautiful property. Viewed the website to choose this room. Hard to locate room, after parking I could not find the entrance. Breakfast was a joke, a whole bus load of senior citizens and one server? Chose to leave early. The girls at the front desk were very bothered by us telling them there was an 40 min. wait for breakfast."

"Great location and beautiful property!"

"The ambiance of the Hotel St. Francis was lovely. The staff were so cordial and helpful and always available. The mattresses and bedding were heavenly. Slept well - felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. One minor thing was one of our windows would not shut all the way and we used tape to hold it together. Also I understand the lighting at the sink was unique decor for the southwest vibe but the lighting at the sink mirror could be better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a wonderful site and location. Staff was very good. Coffee offered in morning."

"The Clyde was fantastic in all aspects. We would certainly stay there every time we are in Albuquerque."

"Great stay in awesome location for very reasonable price for downtown!! Walk an easy block to the plaza area. Nice clean room, comfy bed, good shower, and a large separate vanity area which is a huge plus! No hassle parking. This is not your fancy hotel with a lobby to hang out in, but sleep here and walk there! Will stay again for the value!!"

"Spacious rooms great service from the staff"

"Wonderful experience."
