"Very old resort, the rooms need to be upgraded. Most of the cupboard door jams are all scratched up tubs are stained. It’s just old."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location .. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Will stay at the property again when I return"

"For what it cost I expected much better."

"Clean rooms helpful staff nice location for seeing the balloons go out from fields"

"Really nice! The room was a basic king room but it was a decent size and just what I needed! The pools are great but do get a bit crowded in the daytime. The staff was generally friendly and helpful but lacked follow-through on a question I needed answered. The restaurant onsite is really good but a bit pricey. My only real concern is the lighting to the hotels. It can get rather dark along the paths at night and hard to see. I found myself using my phone flashlight which should not be...

"Our room was very dated and the bathroom old and the toilet broke down"

"The hotel was ok but not at the top of my list to come back to. Its older and very dark the rooms are so dark and need some bright light bulbs. The counter person had to give me a lighted mirror so I could use it in the bathroom. The pool looked nice but they did not have the fireplace going outside for those that were sitting out on the chilly nights we were there."

"Clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice."

"Great location and very comfortable - great value. Minor inconveniences like poor bath lighting and slow shower drain, but would stay here again for sure!"

"Not far from the downtown area. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was average. Would have liked something other than breakfast burritos."

"This hotel is amazing! Great location, very clean, beautiful decor. Wish we had stayed longer!"

"This hotel is in the downtown part of Albuquerque, so not as geared to tourists as we might have preferred. That was the only down side of our stay there. The staff were great and the hotel was clean and well appointed."

"The hotel was beautiful. All of the greenery and flowers were amazing. The lobby was welcoming, and the coffee and tea were appreciated. We were able to book a walking tour with the help of the front desk, which was a really great tour and they provided his help in finding our dinner at the shed, which was amazing. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay would definitely like to come back."

"This hotel is a couple of miles from downtown which made it a more affordable option and yet not too far to drive. It met all the basic necessities of a good bed and cleanliness. There are no frills. We wanted our room attended on day 2 and they were so late in coming we changed towels and emptied the trash ourselves. We could have used a Do Not Disturb sign as when staff came they were persistent to try to get in. Our room was on an end next to the street. At night there wasn’t much traffic...
