"I don't recommend this hotel at all 😢 horrible experience 😪"

"The elevators in the Solana tower only had one working elevator. We consistently had to wait long periods of time just for the doors to open and it to be too full for us to even get on. Then we had to continue waiting."

"Worst thing about this hotel is the elevators."

"One thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that the pool was not heated."

"Excellent Stay, exactly what I needed."

"Had to change my room twice due to the lack of cleanliness. One staff member was rude, the others were fine and helpful. Shuttle is VERY convenient. I had to contact Guest Relations to resolve my concerns."

"The toilet seat was broken and conditioner bottle was empty"

The hotel also doesn’t not provide detailed photos of their...

"The room was clean, spacious and smelled good. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to get back and forth to the city. The shuttle service was fantastic and I would stay there again just for that amenity alone. I can’t speak for the breakfast since we didn’t eat there but the coffee was really good. Overall, I will stay there whenever I want to visit NYC in the future. It was extremely affordable and a very comfortable stay!!"

"It was great!!!"
