"This is probably the second hotel review I’ve ever written, but my recent stay at the New Yorker absolutely warrants it. Two things, in particular, stood out. First, the amazing staff. "Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"This was more than we expected- The service was great, rooms were really clean. The entirety of the hotel was well maintained and stunning. Beds and pillows were super comphy and the giant TV with sleep timer was a plus. "
