"I love Harrahs! We stay here on every occasion and always have the best time! Great location to travel to other casinos as well! Limos always available outside- worth it!"

"My room was clean no issue there the hotel needs major updates overall carpet looks old and dated but what was worse was the cigarette smell everywhere for non smokers very uncomfortable and unpleasant to the point it gave me headaches, my 1 year old daughter was with me and that was just very not kid friendly, not many dining options , wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a family or small children"

"One thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that the pool was not heated."

"Was nice clean compy cozy !! Only 1 complaint just wish we could heat up our food in our rooms ! I never ever stayed anywhere that had no microwave to warm up left overs ! The food was awesome great portions!!! Just really could not heat them up a bit ! Other than that was nice !!! The arrival with bell men was a private co ! "The toilet seat was broken and conditioner bottle was empty"

"We had a wonderful suite but definitely outdated. Staff was wonderful."

"nice rooms!"

"Perfektes Hotel für unseren New York Trip. schön ruhig am Hudson und nur eine Station mit der Path zu WTC. Frühstück perfekt, für jeden was dabei. Guter Kaffee. Schöne Roof Top Bar und gutes Restaurant. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Waren 4 in Zimmer mit 2 Queen Size Betten."

"DO NOT BOOK!! When you walk in, the lobby and elevators look newly remodeled and very upscale, however once you get to the rooms it is another story. Additionally, the vents (in the room and above the shower) are full of dust and debris, so when you use the AC/heat it smells when you use it. The hotel also doesn’t not provide detailed photos of their...

"The room was clean, spacious and smelled good. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to get back and forth to the city. The shuttle service was fantastic and I would stay there again just for that amenity alone. I can’t speak for the breakfast since we didn’t eat there but the coffee was really good. Overall, I will stay there whenever I want to visit NYC in the future. It was extremely affordable and a very comfortable stay!!"

"It was great!!!"
