"Beautiful building. Room was older, a little run down in the shower area, carpet, for example."

"There was mold in bath. Staff was nice"

"From walking in I noticed the staff was very professional. The rooms were clean and well organized."

"My family and I really enjoyed the rooms as they are very spacious and nice large beds. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and the hotel needs to be updated/maintained. The parking was awful and very interesting characters on the street. The staff (especially the male manager) was super helpful and friendly."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and updated. It was a quick visit and I would stay again."

"Excellent location, super friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!"

"Great place to stay in Omaha. Walking right across the street to Old Market. Was Safe. 10-15 min car ride to the zoo, airport and iowa/nebraska bridge line photo op. Best place that gives breakfast included. I love Embassy’s."

"Staff was extremely helpful Rooms were extremely clean Parking was excellent and safe"

"Our rooms were very nice; the restaurant is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner is great. The staff treats us like we've been friends forever. Parking is easy; valet fee is reasonable and quick. You might want to consider taking Uber during day jaunts, as downtown parking is crazy expensive. We always choose Hotel Deco while we're in Omaha."

Hanging at the beautiful Cottonwood Room was vibrant and swanky. Dinner at The Committee Chophouse served up A+ service and perfectly cooked steaks and scallops followed by a decadent crème brûlée! We retired to our gorgeous room with stunning views! Every moment was met with positive staff who worked to make our night magical!"

"Very good value if booked through Expedia"

"Great place for young kids! They had a blast in the pool"

"The staff were very helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient to a lot of spots in downtown Omaha."

"Extremely disappointing experience, and completely unacceptable customer service. The man working at the front desk was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, my room was NOT ready at the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, despite everyone else around me being able to check in without an issue. If a hotel guarantees a 3:00 PM check-in, guests should reasonably expect their rooms to be ready at that time. I paid for a room and expected...
