"All the pools were really warm right from the morning. I wish the pool water was a bit colder."

"We really enjoyed our week here with our group of 11 including 3 kids! There were plenty of food options for all dietary restrictions, and the grounds throughout the resort were immaculate. The rooms/beds were a very good size, super clean and then mini fridge was WELL stocked! Every single staff member truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well served at all times. "Good place family friendly"

"Muy buen servicio y el hotel increíble"

"The food was not what it used to be at Secrets. After 6 different stays in different areas, this one disappointed. The staff was great but the food missed along with the drinks. The food and drinks match a much lesser al inclusive hotel. The hotel itself needs some repairs and cleaning including many ceiling repairs and dirty stucco."

"Loved this place so much, would recommend this to all my family and friends. The staff here was amazing! Food was really good aswell, with a smaller variety. The vibe of the hotel was on the more relaxing and chill vibe. You can go to the hard rock next store and enjoy there night life scene and that would give you a little more options for their nightlife activities."

"Habitación limpia, personal super amable, buenas instalaciones, no dejen que les traten de vender membresías de club, te quitan tiempo."

"Amazing stay"

"Me encantó el lugar, las albercas y la playa increíbles, solo que el personal me dijo que no a todo."

"Todo muy bien, buenas albercas, comida, etc. Solo el buffet de la comida a veces era un poco limitado."

"Not all restaurants open in October. Good food and drinks."

"Every thing was exceptional 👍👍👍"
