"スタッフさん全員丁寧でした。
大人数で行きましたが、お部屋の調整やさまざまな質問にも丁寧で大満足です。
海外のお客様やスタッフさんも居て、少し海外気分が味わえました。
またお部屋は写真よりも広く感じました！
あとTVがうつりませんでした。あまり部屋に居なかったのでそこまで残念ではないですが。
ともかく大変お世話になりました‼︎

"Wonderful hotel and very accommodating to international travelers. Staff was very friendly, room was nice, lounge was comfortable, and the onsen was small but relaxing. Recommend staying here when in Hakuba. "
