"Absolutely fabulous place! They treat you like royalty. Excellent staff and I mean everyone."

"Condo-style rooms, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful fall views 🍂🍁 A relaxing stay and an amazing experience overall! ✨"

"We had a lovely visit and the location is beautiful. There were a few issues with the room such as the door kept jamming and we had trouble closing it, the ceiling lights were full of dead bugs, there was no body wash in the shower and there was a thick layer of dust on the kleenex box. For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing and I did expect more attention to detail but the staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is stunning and the room overall was comfortable."

"nice place"

"Room is clean. However, no body cream provided and I found a silverfish in one of both towel."

"The Facility, heated pool in fall season + hot tube and Sauna were all amazing. Breakfast was very good"

"Great view and room and friendly staff. Would stay again"

"The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality."

"I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

"The room facilities are old and the price is rather high"

"Not far from Algonquin Park, ideal place for fall foliage chasing."

"Room was very nice, very clean, great shower. Property is very nice and the view is one of the biggest reasons to come here. On the downside we like the restaurant but it, and a few others in town are closed on Mondays. However, the Station was open and only a 10 minute walk and was excellent!"

"Everything is excellent. Only the swimming pool is so small and the bed is extremely soft. I couldn't sleep at all due to the soft bed."

"Clean room, lots of free parking"

"Good size rooms best view clean near to all amenities perfect place"

"The staff were helpful and lovely. However, the indoor pool was way too cold to swim in. There was 1 household toaster for all of 200 guests to use! The laundry shoot was left open posing a significant safety hazard."
