"Good experience"

"Great location half way between the airport and city center. Center is easily reachable via S-Bahn (subway)."

"Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Alles top."

"Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Stadtmitte, alles ok !

"My reservation was somehow missing from their system, and even though I showed proof of reservation and payment receipt, I was not immediately given a room. Eventually, I was given a single bed room even I paid for a double room. I rejected that, and they eventually gave me a twin room. During breakfast, I notice most of the food items served were finished but no replacement was made even though breakfast had still not ended."
