"Traveled with 2 children and the water park was a significant factor in selecting the property. Overall the common areas are well done and nice - the rooms are old and dated. Food was basic and not the greatest. Selection of drinks were also not great. The mocktails were essentially the same with a different colour syrup. Alcohol was very low quality. If you are not looking for food, drink, or are ok with putting up with very old rooms, then book this resort. Staff were great."

"Exceptional hotel - really wonderful place"

The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers."

"Amazing trip"

"I love this riad. Would 10/10 recommend. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming and did everything they could to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay."

"فريق العمل في اعلى مستوى"

This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the response was slow and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from Hilton...

"Shower was clogged for two out of three nights that we stayed at the hotel."
