"Great room in the oldest part of the house - very clean and well maintained. Bar, evening meal and breakfast were all excellent. Grounds were nice to walk a round."

"Great property wonderful staff heat food!!!"

"Excellent as always"

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"Clean, staff was so helpful and accommodating, breakfast was good, reasonable price, and filling. The bar served the perfect iced coffees, even tho it was not on the menu!"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Wish we had more than one night."

"Always a good stay. I come for work and have not had a bad experience yet. Staff are friendly. Facilities are great."

"We were able to check-in and out remotely which was great for us as we were on a layover arriving at the hotel after 6pm and leaving very early in the morning. Beds were clean and comfy. There were a couple of food options which were a walkable distance from the Inn which was very handy."

"The hotel is located next to Epsom Race Course and has a spacious free car park (I expect it will be full on race days). The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was on the 3rd floor accessed by 2 lifts (plus stairs). My room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater settee, a desk and chair. Equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk; a hair drier; iron and ironing board. The ensuite was a compact arrangement of a shower cubicle, w.c. and sink. Soap and...

"We stayed at Woodlands Park Hotel while visiting Chessington World of Adventures and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area and feels peaceful and relaxing, while still being really convenient for Chessington. We stayed in the Queen’s Chambers, which was a gorgeous room — spacious, comfortable and full of character. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. We also ordered breakfast through room service, which was absolutely delicious and a lovely way to start the...

"Stayed here for one night while on route to Gatwick airport. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is easily accessible by public bus but the hotel does offer pick up and drop off service for an additional cost. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there is a beautiful restaurant next to reception where you can grab a tasty Indian! Would recommend staying here and will come again the next time I fly out from Gatwick 😊"

"The hotel is split over 2 properties either side of a main road. Parking can be a bit of a problem due to cars parked ovrr for the airport. Great staff, bood food."

"Hello - I have a serious complaint about the Bridge House Hotel in Reigate where I was booked to stay on Friday 25th September 2026. On arrival and after check in, the receptionist took us to show us our room. We walked out of the hotel and around the back of the hotel in a small filthy passage way back of the kitchens and full of rubbish bins. When she opened the door to what looked like an out building for storage I wondered immediately if she was having a laugh. On entering the room it was ...

"It was a good buffet breakfast"

"Shuttle to the airport, staff very nice, had a delicious Indian meal , continental breakfast"

"Love the Langshott Manor. The perfect place to stay for a layover at Gatwick. A charming 16th century inn located on scenic grounds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend."

"The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent."
