"This resort was very clean, quiet, and safe. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend it."

"Only Four elevators for the main building and one was out of service our entire stay. This was when the hotel was near capacity. Plus, one of their boilers was out so there was no hot water at 8am. Plus, our TV was out (they did rectify that problem within 1/2 hour). No safe in the room, and the safe in our traveling companions room was broken. The front end staff was helpful and excellent in helping book shows. Overall, not impressed and a little sad."

"The waterpark itself was enjoyable, with plenty of slides, water areas and the fun spot to keep the kids entertained. However, the resort could improve its rooms and wait times at check-in. There were plenty of staff members around the resort, but was rare that we spoke to them, other than checking in. The overall stay was good, but a few operational improvements would make the stay much better."

"The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy."

"No wash cloths provided in our room. The bed was the worst i think i have ever slept on. It was clean and had nice covers and pillows, but that did not help the fact that the mattress was so uncomfortable that i woke up with a horrible backache. I had to get my husband to help me out of the bed. It took a long time for the pain to subside. The second night was no better. The staff person in the lobby was friendly and helpful during check in. But we had no interaction with anyone else. "
