Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!"

"The area of the hotel was very sketchy. The hotel is going through a giant remodel so all the outside doors were not locked and anyone could get in. The room was clean and I am glad it didn't smell bad in the room like it did outside. I really don't know how this hotel had such great ratings. Maybe it will be better once all the rooms are fixed up."

"Terrible run down motel. There are so many buses every day so bus participants pay one charge for the entire trip so the companies pick the cheapest overnight stays. First upon check-in our TV didn’t work and had to call maintenance. Then the plug-in by sink would not work. I can outstretch my arms with elbows bent and touch each wall in the toilet/tub room. The toilet paper holder comes out of wall. The toilet tips to the side. You hang your clothes on a shelf in the middle of the room. The...

"For breakfast the first items we ordered were all unavailable. Asked if they could sub bacon for sausage on an egg sandwich was told. Asked if they could make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was told no, we need to order the bacon, egg and toast breakfast and assemble into a sandwich ourselves. Fine, but the bacon was very burnt and I ended up throwing away (and I love crispy bacon!). I also like a nice runny yolk, but the egg white was runny and raw. Restaurant sounded delicious but...

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"

The sales pitch and attempt to get you to participate in the video and survey are over the top and uncomfortable. Adults should not be trying to get other adults to high five for no real reason.
