"Great location"

"The room could have been cleaner, and the beds were not very comfortable. There were also additional charges that were not clearly disclosed prior to booking, which was unexpected. The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Overall, our stay was okay, but based on our experience, we would not consider staying here again in the future."

"The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers. Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it. Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there."

"Good job!"

"Convenient location for travel. Appreciated the airport shuttle to and from the airport. Clean hotel and nice staff."

"Good service- food was great - people were helpful. Room was great"

"Extremely clean rooms, comfy beds"

"The walls were thin. Could hear next door neighbors."

"We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel that takes the time to make sure your stay is perfect. Our only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in studio room for longer stays. We will definitely stay again at this beautiful hotel."
