"While the house itself was fine the amenities listed/shown were not usable. The Kayaks were very dirty, waterfilled, and without functional paddles. The bikes were rusted out with flat tires. The BBQ grill was too dirty/rusted to use. f"

"Beautiful home with beautiful view!"

"Fantastic communication. Perfect spot for a family to have room to spread out yet come together as well. Gorgeous location with absolute peace and tranquility. "

"We had no idea what to expect as it was our first time in Caicos. Turns out, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had no issues with the house or the process of getting there and back and enjoyed every minute of our stay."

"Unobstructed beach/coastline views along entire coastline. Really enjoyed pool after long days of hiking!"

"Clean, everything worked, very nice hostess, responding to us by email. We’ve stayed there at least two other times; each time good. Our favorite place to stay in Middle Caicos."

"This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back"

"We loved our stay here. If you are looking for a remote beach location, this is it! We loved that we could walk to Bamberra beach and get some delicious food! If you want an amazing sunset head to Mudjin and go to the top! We also loved the secret beach, Indian cave, and conch bar caves. "

"The property was very clean upon arrival. The house contained everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal and the view never got old. If you prefer peace and quiet while you're on vacation this is your spot."

"Great spot! "

"We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. To the left of the stairs is an outside faucet to rinse any sandy feet or beach clothes. We had a bit of an AC problem and reported...

"Could not get hot water in the upstairs shower, could not drink tap water and food was very limited. The beaches were beautiful, and the views were spectacular. I'm glad we brought food with us. You cannot take a car on the Ferry. "

"Lovely island getaway. Bed was a little small for 2. AC unit was tricky over the bed as well. Otherwise a great escape from busier parts of Turks & Caicos."

"My husband and I just got back from staying at ridge top cottage at Dragons Cay resort.all I can say is this was one of the best vacations we have ever had while it’s a little bit hard to get to. It is well worth it! If you just want to relax and enjoy a peaceful time with beautiful beaches and friendly locals, this is the place to go! Ridgetop cottage was a beautiful place to stay overlooking the gorgeous beach and Mudgin Harbor. The owner was extremely fast in communicating with us, and very...

"We wanted a quiet few days away from the busy tourist scene on Provo, and Middle Caicos did not disappoint! Mid & North Caicos are significantly less populated, which is a blessing but … there is also significantly less shopping & restaurants, as well as grocery selection."

"Clean, family friendly, host was accommodating and responsive. Pool at property is community, but our stay felt private. Very centrally located to Grace Bay and grocery. Can easily walk to local dining like Bela Luna or have a few drinks at castaways. This was perfect for our party of 7, with four kids range from 7 yrs to 16 yrs old."
